Privacy notice
This notice explains what personal data phoveai.com collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers this website only, not the PhoveAI product. It follows North Macedonia's Law on Personal Data Protection and, for visitors in the EU, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who is responsible
The controller of your personal data is Lemma Technology DOOEL, Skopje, North Macedonia (lemma-technology.com), the company that makes PhoveAI.
For anything about your data, email [email protected].
When you request a demo
- What we collect
- Your name, work email, company, and, if you give them, your role, how many vendors you review a year, your preferred time for the demo, and what you hope PhoveAI will help with. With the request, your browser also sends your time zone (for example "Europe/Berlin"), so we can suggest a time that suits you. Name, email and company are required so we can reply; the rest is up to you.
- Why
- To reply to your request and arrange a demo.
- Legal basis
- Steps taken at your request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- How it's handled
- When you send the form, your browser sends it directly to Web3Forms, a form service, which emails it to our team. Our website itself never receives or stores your request. We then keep the email in our mailbox.
- How long we keep it
- As long as we're in contact about the demo. If nothing follows, we delete the email within [12 MONTHS] of our last contact.
When you visit the site
- No cookies, no tracking. The site doesn't set cookies, and loads nothing from third parties: the fonts are served from our own server. The only exception is sending the demo form, which goes to Web3Forms (see below).
- Anonymised visit statistics. To see how the site is used, our web server logs each request: the page, the time, the referring page, your browser type, and your IP address shortened before it is written (the last part removed, so it no longer identifies you). We read these logs only as totals, such as visits per day, top pages and referring sites, with a statistics tool that runs on our own server. The logs are deleted after 30 days. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Connection data. Like any website, the server sees your IP address and browser details while it delivers a page. They're used only to send you the page.
Who else sees your data
Only service providers we use to run the site, under data processing agreements:
- Hosting: [HOSTING PROVIDER NAME, COUNTRY]
- The demo form: Web3Forms, operated by Web3Creative. It receives what you enter in the form, plus your IP address and browser details as part of the connection, and emails the request to us. It also checks submissions for spam. Its privacy policy and data processing agreement describe how it handles data.
- Our mailbox: Microsoft 365, where we receive and keep the request email.
We don't sell your data or share it for advertising.
[STATE WHERE WEB3FORMS PROCESSES DATA AND ON WHAT BASIS, FROM ITS DATA PROCESSING AGREEMENT. FOR EXAMPLE: "Web3Forms processes data in [COUNTRY], under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses." ALSO CONFIRM WHERE YOUR MICROSOFT 365 DATA IS STORED.]
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what data we hold about you, and give you a copy;
- correct it, or delete it;
- limit how we use it, or stop using it for a purpose based on our legitimate interest;
- give it to you in a portable format.
Email [email protected] and we'll answer within one month.
You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority. Ours is the Personal Data Protection Agency of North Macedonia (azlp.mk). If you are in the EU, you can also complain to the authority in the country where you live or work.
Changes
If we change how the site handles personal data, we'll update this notice and its date.
